Thursday, October 15

ONLA 100th Anniversary Gala Dinner

Greenleaf Nursery Company | Park Hill, Oklahoma

5:30 PM — Arrival & Welcome

Guests arrive and are greeted at the entrance to the nursery grounds. Memory tables featuring photos, programs, awards, and keepsakes from ONLA's 100-year history will be open for browsing as guests arrive.

6:00 PM — Opening Remarks

Randy Davis takes the stage to welcome guests, introduce the evening's program, and acknowledge the significance of ONLA's centennial milestone. A brief look back at 100 years of the Oklahoma green industry.

6:15 PM — Cocktail Hour Begins

The bar opens and passed appetizers begin making their way through the crowd. Live music sets the tone for the evening. Guests are encouraged to explore the gardens — lantern-lit and open for self-guided tours throughout the cocktail hour.

7:15 PM — Guests Are Seated

Dinner service is announced and guests are invited to find their seats. Catered dinner service begins, with live music continuing throughout the meal. Guests enjoy the full spread — entrée, sides, and dessert.

7:30 PM — Centennial Remarks

A formal address honoring ONLA's 100th anniversary. Remarks from Greenleaf leadership and ONLA representatives. An opportunity to recognize the individuals, families, and businesses who have shaped the Oklahoma nursery and landscape industry over the past century.

9:00 PM — Open Evening — Music, Conversation & Garden Tours

The formal program concludes. Guests are free to enjoy the remainder of the evening at their leisure — visit the memory tables, take a tour of the gardens, connect with colleagues, or simply enjoy the music and the company.

Friday, October 16

Greenleaf Nursery Company Open House

Greenleaf Nursery Company | Park Hill, Oklahoma

9:00 AM – Registration Opens

Coffee and morning refreshments will be served as you check in and get your bearings for the day.

9:30 AM – Tours Begin

Two dedicated Greyhound buses will rotate guests through a full program of tours and presentations, including:

  • A behind-the-scenes look at Greenleaf Nursery’s operations — see firsthand how we produce some of the most in-demand plants in the country.

  • A meet-and-greet with the breeders behind Garden Debut’s plants — spend time directly with the plant breeders behind Garden Debut's genetics. Ask questions, see material, and make connections you won't find anywhere else.

  • An exclusive brand presentation from Garden Debut team — an exclusive look at what's coming next from the Garden Debut team.

  • Raymond Cloyd presentation

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM — BBQ Buffet Lunch

A full southern BBQ buffet will be served under a large tent with tables and seating for all guests. Take a breath, connect with colleagues, and enjoy the afternoon.

2:30 PM — Optional Afternoon Tours (pre-registration required)

After lunch, guests who selected an afternoon tour option will depart for one of two exclusive experiences:

  • Option A: Tour of Greenleaf's Propagation Facility

  • Option B: Tour of our Ft. Gibson Bareroot Farm

5:00 PM — Event Wrap-Up

Thank you for spending the day with us. Safe travels home!

Transportation

Transportation will not be provided to and from the nursery for Thursday evening's dinner. Guests are responsible for their own travel to and from the event. We encourage carpooling and recommend arranging accommodations nearby in advance.

Greyhound bus service will be provided for tours throughout the day on Friday. Please note that buses are not provided for travel to or from the nursery — guests are responsible for their own transportation to the event site.
